Recently Added dog Names

Rusty was a small scruffy looking black dog. I loved him very much and he was my best friend. Everyday when I came home, he would jump onto me and bark like crazy. He was the most amazing dog. Playful, energetic, and mischievous. I got him at pound and the moment I lay my eyes on him I smiled. From then on we were besties

My sister and I brought home a 2 year old lab mix (a cross between a white German shepherd and yellow lab) one week before Christmas. We tried tons of names to no avail, until my mother offered up, "Noelle". It stuck immediately! When I graduated college a few years later, the name Noah naturally fit my newly adopted yellow lab puppy. He was so kind, good natured, protective of me, loved all animals big and/or small, and the most faithful friend until the day he passed away. I adopted an abandoned senior lab, left in a local park. Months left to fend on his own, and days away from being put down, I brought him home and changed his name to Luke. He lived out his last two years peacefully and happy. The last chocolate lab puppy I adopted I named Hannah. She was a beautiful soul whose life tragically cut short by stage 5 Lymphoma at 3 1/2 years old.

I didn't purposefully set out to choose Biblical names, except that over time I've found such beautiful names that have such powerful meanings.
