Third time's the charm
We found Watson on Petfinder, and realized that today he wound be at an adoption fair. We went to see him, and he was all smiles! Running and jumping around, asking to have his belly rubbed, I said "He's perfect.". The staff told us how little Watson (Crackle at the time, with siblings Snap and Pop) had been in two homes before. One decided they weren't ready for a puppy, the other didn't expect a RAT TERRIER to act like a TERRIER. I vowed that he wound find a forever home, and he did. Watson may not be the smartest in certain respects, but I found the most human dog I have ever seen. He smiles, hiccups, has to sleep under the covers, pouts, even giving us the cold shoulder when we put on his headcollar. Watson is my best friend, forever. |

Not a PET, But a BROTHER & a FRIEND!!!
Lucian (Lou - shun)- Was the name of my best friend. He was a very important part of our family whom we lost (Died) 06 Aug 2013. He was a Wolf/Shepard hybrid that we raised in our home from the time he was 6 weeks old. He was 2 yrs. old when we lost him. He was extremely smart, loyal, friendly, playful, and trustworthy. A lot of people degrade and persecute hybrid wolves or wolf dogs, due to what they have read, instead of what they have experienced. Lucian was truly a best friend, and family member that will be missed. Kota(ko-ta) or Jase( Jayce) are 2 more good names. We will be using one of them for our new wolf/sheppard we got last night to help feel the void, and ease the pain of our loss. Jerry Newton |
